1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BBMI Sports (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BBMI Sports provides sports analytics, model-generated forecasts, rankings, research, historical performance information, and, for certain supported products, market-based predictions or picks.

The sports and products we cover change over time. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

4. Age and Legal Requirements

General use. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Paid and betting-adjacent products. Some of our products discuss point spreads, totals, moneylines and other betting markets. To purchase a subscription or use those products, you must be at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal age for sports wagering where you live if that age is higher.

Analytics content. Rankings, ratings, research and high-school analytics are published as informational content and carry no wagering age requirement.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live. Sports wagering is not legal everywhere, and nothing here is an invitation to break the law.

5. Premium Subscription Terms

5.1 Payment

BBMI Sports offers a 7-day trial and monthly and annual premium subscriptions. Current prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. A monthly subscription renews every month; an annual subscription renews every year.

The 7-day trial does not renew. It is a one-time payment that gives you premium access for seven days and then expires on its own. It does not convert into a subscription and you are not charged again.

5.3 Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your access immediately. You keep premium access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

The trial needs no cancellation. It expires on its own.

5.4 Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel a monthly or annual subscription, you retain access through the end of the current paid billing period and will not be charged again.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change our prices. A price change applies to new subscriptions. If you already have a subscription, it continues at the price you are currently paying until you cancel. If we ever need to change the price of an existing subscription, we will tell you before it takes effect and you will have the chance to cancel first.

5.6 What a Subscription Includes

A subscription gives you access to premium projections and analytics across the sports we currently cover. Which products are available changes as models are added, paused or retired. Some products publish picks; others are analytics only. We do not guarantee that any particular sport or product will remain available for the length of your subscription.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share your premium account access with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute premium content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit any content from the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, analytics, predictions, and methodologies on BBMI Sports are proprietary and protected by copyright. The BBMI model and all associated content are owned by BBMI Sports. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• BBMI Sports and its operators are NOT LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes damages for lost profits, lost data, or gambling losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBMI Sports, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
